THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS OF SERVICE & AGREEMENT IN WHICH AUCTION-COACH.COM OFFERS YOU ACCESS.
This User Agreement: ("Agreement") is a contract between you and Auction-Coach.com. and applies to your use of the Auction-Coach.com services and any related products available through Auction-Coach.com Internet Servers (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.
In Brief, you are NOT allowed to:
1) Sell your membership password or loan it out for any reason. Promote Immoral, Illegal, or Illicit URL's.
2) Promote Adult, Hate, Racist or any kind of material that will cause offence.
3) Use of a backdoor browser or collector is not allowed and will get your membership & isp blocked from our site permanently.
4) Use an email address that prohibits the receipt of emails from Auction-Coach.com for any reason.
5) Send unsolicited email attempting to promote Auction-Coach.com. We will not support spam in any way. If you do this, your account will be suspended and any payments or banner rotations will be lost.
An account is activated: once the paid member sends in a subscription payment to our services. TheAuction-Coach.com Service:Auction-Coach.com is a service provided to you "as is" and without guarantee. Any credits free or purchased are non refundable for banner rotation or advertising forums.
The member agrees not to: operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems developed by Auction-Coach.com for the benefit of all it's members. When an account is set-up, the member agrees to provide current and accurate information. And agrees that, that information can be used for Auction-Coach.com to make contact with the user. Any inaccurate information may result in the user's account being closed.
Information given in registration will not be sold or given to any third party without the members written permission, unless required to by law.
Members agree not to: collect or harvest any member information that may be on our servers.
Auction-Coach.com makes no claim as to how much money you can make by utilizing our services or how large your business may grow by using our services.
Auction-Coach.com can not be held responsible for your personal business ethics, values or practices.
While Auction-Coach.com may take measures to prevent offensive information, the user acknowledges that any content found on our servers may not be controlled by Auction-Coach.com , and Auction-Coach.com can not be held accountable for it. However, the member agrees not to use Auction-Coach.com to promote or advertise any of the following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, or any other material that may be offensive or unethical.
Members will conduct themselves in appropriate manner and will not manipulate any of the site to gain access to unauthorized areas. Also, Auction-Coach.com does not allow the reselling or loaning of access to our paid members areas. Anyone caught selling or distributing it will have their account terminated.
Furthermore, the member agrees not to hold Auction-Coach.com responsible for any content, links, advertisements, site malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that may cause harm mentally, physically or to property.
You agree that Auction-Coach.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if Auction-Coach.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
Auction-Coach.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of these Terms and Conditions may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Auction-Coach.com may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service.
Further, you agree that Auction-Coach.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service. Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and Auction-Coach.com can not be held liable for any advertisers actions.
You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only activated once you have verified your email address by subscribing to our services or for our forums by clicking a link in an email sent to you.
By doing so you are bound to accept email from Auction-Coach.com which will include system messages and marketing information. This is an opt-in service and you can choose to receive emails or not by editing your profile under your cp in the chat forum or by sending an email requesting such to admin@auction-coach.com.
Any user threatening or reporting Auction-Coach.com for sending 'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be invoiced for all services they have received to that point and immediate payment will be expected. Further more all legal costs and compensation will be sought through the courts for any loss of time or reputation.
Auction-Coach.com is an honest coaching and marketing business supported by appropriate privacy statements, terms and conditions, business practices and an excellent reputation in the trade that it will protect through all means available. This benefits you, your business and the online promotion and marketing businesses in general.
Deleting Your Account: You may at any time request that your account be deleted and this will remove your data from all our databases entirely. Any credits or payments will also be lost.
You can initiate the deletion of your account through the Profile menu option under your cp on the chat forum once you login or send an email to: admin@auction-coach.com. You will have to confirm this request by responding to the confirmation email that we will send to you through the email address that you have currently listed in our database.
